## Our method

### Step 1 – Analysis & Research

### Step 2 – Import Planning

We design the import structure, mapping classification, licences, routes, timelines and cost scenarios.

- Plan customs requirements and licensing paths.
- Choose routes, modes and transit times.
- Build tax and landed‑cost scenarios for your channels.

### Step 3 – Execution

We put the plan into motion, acting as your Importer of Record and managing customs, logistics, warehousing and distribution.

- Align commercial agreements and tax structure.
- Act as IOR to handle customs clearance.
- Set up warehousing and distribution flows.

### Step 4 – Ongoing Support

We monitor operations, report on results and adjust structures as your business and regulations evolve.

- Track imports, stock and deliveries.
- Provide regular operational and financial reports.
- Adjust processes when rules or demand change.
- Support RMA, reverse logistics and new product launches.
